A resume is the image, ideas, and information that you want to convey to the employer or HR manager and it is your first step towards success in getting a job.

Personal Information:

Full name, address, and contact information (phone number, Skype name, email, etc.) should be mentioned. It is also important to mention nationality and place of residence.


Objective:

Different answers can be provided such as helping the family, developing skills, etc. The objective is usually written in a separate file called a Cover Letter.

Importance of writing an objective:

The objective is an important part of the job application process as recruiters specifically look at it and give it importance.

During the cover letter, we answer three questions:

Why did you apply for this job?

What do you know about the organization you applied to?

What will you add to the new job?


Professional Experience:

This section is considered the most important part of the CV, as it showcases the person's abilities, previous experiences, and provides a professional image of the individual to the hiring manager.

Achievements.


Academic Education:

The university or institute attended, the field of study, and the graduation date or year of study should be mentioned.


Training:

All relevant training that contributed to the development of skills, abilities, and expanded knowledge should be listed.

Example: Communication skills training by Training Center 2017.


Technological skills:

In this section, you should mention the websites, applications, and professional programs that you are proficient in, along with the amount of your skills in each one.

You can mention a mobile application such as Kobo, electronic websites like Google Forms, and computer programs like MS Office, Adobe, SPSS, and WordPress.


Language skills:

You should mention the languages ​​you know, and also the level you have reached and the name of the certificate you obtained in this language if you have one.


For example:

Arabic: native language.

English: Very good / B1.

French: Advanced / C1.


Personal skills:

In this section of the resume, you should mention your personal qualities and abilities related to work, such as time management and task management, report preparation, good communication skills, etc.


Resume formatting:

The general format of the file should be simple, clear, and understandable so that the HR officer can read it correctly. Use only one font type in the resume, and it is preferable to be formal. The font size should be 14.


Appearance and beauty:

The appearance of the resume is very important. It should reflect the content and give a professional touch. Therefore, use a beautiful and professional design with calm and non-bright colors, and only a very small number of colors. You can use a ready-made resume design or check professional websites for resume designs to help you craft your resume.
