Let's get a little stress

We do not know what will happen to us tomorrow ..

Sometimes we live in the misery of a wild bird in a cage of stress.

We always think about flight, freedom, and salvation from intense stress and our anxiety about the future.

But we are not able..

We are incapable of adapting to our stress and anxiety, and incapable of recovering from it.

We live in this life between heartbreak and sorrow.

Stress is our inability to deal with our concerns and responsibilities and not finding a way to face difficulties and problems.

This problem that we are unable to do may be family, personal, emotional, social or professional.

We do not find a solution that results in stress

Which haunts our lives..

There is a famous rule that says:

If we do not find a solution, then there is no need for much stress, so we must live with it until we find a solution.

We have to accept that some problems are solved in not solved.

So it's okay to get a little stress

But we have to lead the stress towards a happy life.

It is okay to get stress before the exam

But we have to study and succeed ..

It is okay to get stressed when sick

But we have to take care of ourselves ..

It is okay to get stress ..

Sometimes we have to get a little stress.

Let's use stress as a motivation to create comfort and happiness.

So when we feel stressed:

Let's sit down a little.

We think about solutions.

We define the problem and break it down into small parts and solve each section separately.

We ask for help and advice when needed.

I wish you a life of stress that drives you to happiness

In it, anxiety leads to reassurance.
